Refund and Returns Policy

At Lumina Naturals, we take pride in providing premium, clean skincare products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

1. Returns

All skincare products are final sale. We do not accept returns to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lumina.wpshiftstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution (e.g., replacement or refund).

2. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if your order is:

  • Lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
  • Damaged upon arrival (with visual proof provided)
  • Incorrect (wrong product received)

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
